We deal only with Importers, Distributors/Wholesalers and OEM customers because of the minimum order requirement: Quantity: 100 units per model. Small quantities not available. We do not deal directly with end-users as well.

What is the minimum order for Digital Signage, POP Displays, TFT monitor and LCD TV ?
For Digital Signage, POP Displays, TFT monitor and LCD TV our minimum order is 100pcs per model
For OEM orders, our minimum order is 500pcs.
Can I order a mixed 20-foot container i.e. a mixture of all models to fill a 20-foot container ?
We do not recommend client to order a mixed 20ft container, because the cost of doing so would be too high. If you insist on mixing, we recommend starting with a minimum order of 1 x 40ft container. Just inform us of the mix in terms of % and we will work out the actual figures for you.
However, there is a geographical limitation to how you can mix the monitors. At the moment, our 19″ Mitsubishi Diamondtron CRT, LCD & LCD/TV monitor are made in Taiwan, while the other models are made in China. So we are only able to mix the models provided they are produced in the same geographical location.
Are you able to do OEM for clients with their own brand/logo ?
Yes, we are able to do OEM for clients with their own brand/logo. The additional charges are as follows:
a) USD150 one time charge for printing the logo on the monitor. .
b) USD1000 one time charge for printing the logo on the carton boxes.
The above charges are meant to cover the fixed cost in printing the logo. However, we will refund the charges once the order exceeds 1000pcs. EAN 13 Code: 4712558880800 for OEM orders.
Where are the monitors delivered from ?
For CRT Monitors, delivery is from China (Shenzhen and Guangzhou port) .
For Digital Signage, POP Displays, TFT monitor and LCD TV, delivery is from Taiwan.
Our monitors are delivered direct from our factories. This is becasue all our monitors are made-to-order according to the requirements of different countries and clients.
What is the delivery time after receiving the order/sample order ?
This depends on the model as well as if there are any special requirements needed.
For samples, it is normally within 7 working days of receipt of payment.
For orders, depending on the situation, it is normally within 15 to 25 working days of receipt of payment.
How to place a sample order ?
Simple, just contact us via email! Indicate the following information in your email:
– The model that you are interested to evaluate
– The quantity
– Delivery address, Tel and Fax number
– Contact Person name
– DHL/UPS etc account number (if applicable); if not available, will add the freight to P/I
An additional amount will be charged over and above the FOB prices indicated. Terms and conditions apply.
What is your 30 days return policy ?
Basically, if the client is not satisfied with the sample, just sent the sample back to us in its original packing*.
Once we receive and test that its in proper working condition, we will refund the cost of the sample back. No questions asked.
This 30-Day return policy only applies on Digital Signage, POP Displays, TFT monitor and LCD TV monitors.
*Note: The transportation cost of sending the sample back to us will be on the customer account
Do you offer free samples ?
No. It is our company policy not to offer free samples. Please DO NOT email our staff to request for free samples as such enquiries will not be entertained.
What is your warranty policy, and How do you handle the RMA with your customers ?
1) We provide between 2 to 3 years on-site warranty for selected 15″ and 17″ LCD monitors the following regions: England, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, France, Italy and Spain. Please contact us for further details.
2) For our standard LCD and LCD TV monitors, there is no need for RMA. We offer complete PCB main board for clients for replacements. No repairs is required on the client side, the changing of boards only takes 5 minutes.
3) For our A Grade monitors, they come with 3 years warranty*, 1 year for the CRT Tube/LCD Panels. We offer you spare parts and all the necessary technical documents such as Schematic diagram and component list etc… for you to be able to repair the monitors by yourself. During the warranty period, additional spare parts will be provided at our cost whenever necessary.
*Note: Conditions apply for 3 years warranty. Otherwise, under normal circumstances, the warranty will only be valid for 1 year
Do your monitors require any drivers to be downloaded ?
No. All our monitors are Plug and Play (DDC2B) – which do not require any software. Once connected to the computer, the monitor would be detected by user’s P.C. automatically.
We have sold hundreds and thousands of monitors and we have not receive negative feedback on a mass scale regarding this issue.
However, if your monitor cannot be detected, it is very likely that the problem lies with the VGA card. This happens when the client uses a very low end VGA card and it is unable to support the Plug and Play monitor. Our monitors have no problems with most VGA cards used in the market. Hence, changing to the better quality VGA cards would solve this problem.
What is the form of payment ?
Depending on the situation, we accept either of the following:
a) 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight in our favor.
b) 30 % downpayment, 70% balance to be paid before Delivery.
Is credit card payment accepted ?
Yes. We accept credit card payment via Paypal as payment for the purchase of samples only
What is the brand of LCD Panel with your monitors ?
We only supply new, high quality monitors, as we only use “A” Class panels (Samsung, LG, Philips, Hitachi, Acer, Orion, CPT) and “A” Class LCD Panels (Hitachi, Sharp, Acer, CMO, CPT)
The brand used depends on the models availability. However, in all cases we use brand new A Grade LCD Panels for our screens.
How long after a product is manufactured do you retain spares for ?
We normally retain the spares for a minimum of 3 to 5 years.
What are your terms for Exclusive Territories ?
It varies. However, discussions regarding this issue will only take place after we have established a formal business partnership with our clients.
How can I get good prices for your monitors ?
We suggest you purchase a sample to test and evaluate our quality. At the same time we will put you in our mailing list, and you will receive our e-mail prices weekly. Whenever the price is suitable for you and since you already have a sample in hand, negotiations can proceed from there very quickly.
